I spent six years in the credit card call center industry, where my voice received many compliments from various clients including one instance where I was informed that someone said “I could listen to him talk all day long”. Him meaning me.
During this time I was part of a small band called “Mostly Harmless: The Official Band of Earth”. I did a stint as the “Reverend Bob”, a character I created for a stand up routine to warm up the crowd for the band. Being with this group and doing the work I did helped my communication skills as well as timing.
